Save the Date: Annual Meeting and Election of Board Members
San Francisco Federal Credit Union’s Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 770 Golden Gate Ave, San Francisco, CA 94102, beginning at 6:00 PM.
Election Information:
- Nominations for board member positions may be made by submitting a petition signed by one percent (1%) of credit union members, which is currently set at 495 members.
- To qualify, each petition must include a statement of qualifications and biographical data for the nominee.
Key Deadlines:
- Valid nominations submitted via petition are due to the secretary by Friday, January 24, 2025.
- The election of board members will not include ballot voting, and there will be no nominations accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting if there is only one nominee for each position.
